Computer Space, Photo Cafe and Olympus are organizing a special "Photo retouching" competition, part of "Computer graphics" category.

The terms of the competition are as follows:
1) Each author may apply in the competition with only 1 project, which includes an original photo and the photo after retouch (2 files).
2) Genre of the photos admitted: Fashion, Advertising, Portrait, Product.
3) Each retouched photo must have a short description and it should be in .jpg format.
4) For preselection the longer side of the photo should be 2000px.
5) For the final selection the longer side of the photo should be no less than 4000px (after preselection the organizers will contact the participants). Final selection will comprise of 3 authors.

Here are some of the main topics in Computer Space 2014 programme. More information will be announced later on.

1. International seminar "Computer animation"
This seminar consists of presentations by authors of projects in the "Computer animation" category in the "Computer Space 2013" competition. Their presentations will be followed by a screening of the movies, introducing the audience to the world of computer animation, allowing them to look into the very process of creating an animated movie, starting from the idea and going to the post-production. 

2. International seminar "Visual effects"
This seminar will show details on the visual effects shots prepared for a specific TV series - keying, compositing the different layers, different simulations in a shot, etc.
